2. Products

Products sold are digital resources: technical sheets, practical manuals and business plans delivered as PDF files. Description, contents and price appear on each product page.

These documents support decision-making. Yields, budgets and margins are indicative figures drawn from technical references and are not a guarantee of results.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in CFA francs (XAF), all taxes included. They may change at any time; the applicable price is the one displayed when the order is confirmed.

4. Ordering

Ordering follows these steps: product selection, cart review, contact details, payment, then confirmation. Payment validation forms the sales contract. A confirmation email is sent to the address provided — buyers must check its accuracy, as delivery goes through it.

5. Payment

Payment is made by mobile money (MTN Mobile Money, Orange Money) or bank card through a secure payment provider. No complete banking data passes through or is stored on our servers.

6. Delivery

Delivery is immediate and digital: a download link is emailed once payment is confirmed. If nothing arrives within 24 hours, write to contact@agricultureaucameroun.net quoting the order reference.

7. Right of withdrawal

As digital content supplied immediately, the right of withdrawal no longer applies once the download has taken place, the buyer having expressly consented at the time of ordering.

Refunds remain possible in the cases set out in our refund policy, notably corrupted files, content manifestly inconsistent with its description, or duplicate payment.

8. Permitted use

Purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive right of use. Resale, public distribution, sharing on messaging groups or channels and reproduction for commercial purposes are prohibited. Trainers and support organisations wishing to distribute a document to a group may request a suitable licence.

9. Complaints and disputes

Complaints should be sent to contact@agricultureaucameroun.net and are answered within 7 working days. Failing an amicable settlement, disputes fall under the competent Cameroonian courts.
